This vitamin-packed juice contains oranges, grapefruit, and kiwis.
It has almost twice your recommended daily intake of vitamin C so it will help keep your immune system in tip-top shape.
- 14 ounce grapefruit, peeled and cut into chunks
- medium oranges (10 ounce total), peeled and cut into chunks
- kiwis (about 12 ounces in total), peeled and cut into chunks
In a blender, combine grapefruit, oranges and kiwis. Blend, scraping down sides occasionally until smooth.
Strain juice and if desired, thin it with water.
Refrigerate up to 2 days (shake before serving).
