Video: How to Make an Immune Booster Juice?

This vitamin-packed juice contains oranges, grapefruit, and kiwis.

It has almost twice your recommended daily intake of vitamin C so it will help keep your immune system in tip-top shape.


  1. 14 ounce grapefruit, peeled and cut into chunks
  2. medium oranges (10 ounce total), peeled and cut into chunks
  3. kiwis (about 12 ounces in total), peeled and cut into chunks


In a blender, combine grapefruit, oranges and kiwis. Blend, scraping down sides occasionally until smooth.

Strain juice and if desired, thin it with water.

Refrigerate up to 2 days (shake before serving).
